HEECH Jewellery currently offers complimentary standard shipping within the United States, subject to our Shipping Policy.

HEECH Jewellery offers complimentary standard shipping within the United States.
Standard shipping generally requires 3–5 business days following dispatch.
UPS 2nd Day Air may be available for eligible orders, with shipping charges calculated during checkout.
Made-to-order jewelry generally requires an estimated 4–7 weeks of production before dispatch.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
More intricate bespoke commissions may require additional production time, which will be communicated individually.
Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will communicate the delay and provide the customer's legally required options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
Risk of loss, shipping damage, and responsibility for delivery will be determined in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that customers cannot legally waive.
