At Heech Jewellery, each piece is shaped with intention — designed to feel personal, lasting, and quietly distinct.

All sales are final.

If your piece arrives with any imperfection, please contact us within 48 hours at studio@heechjewellery.com. We will carefully review and assist you. Images or documentation may be requested as part of our process.

Authorized returns must be sent back unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and invoice included. Once received and inspected, a resolution will be offered accordingly.

Custom pieces are made to order and cannot be returned.
